More Than Just an Attorney

Stacy A. Valdez, ESQ. is a sole practitioner licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey and New York. Stacy’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate law, with an emphasis on residential transactions, corporate law, including business formation and all small business matters, and contract drafting and negotiations. 

Prior to founding her practice, Stacy served as in-house counsel for a pharmaceutical company in New Jersey. She started her legal career as an associate at a prominent New York City law firm where she represented clients in a wide-range of complex transactional matters including public and private mergers and acquisitions and shareholder activism.

She received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she was a member of the Minority Student Program and served as an associate editor for the Rutgers Law Record, Student Fellow for the Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance, and Clinical Associate for the Rutgers Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic. She served as a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She earned her B.S. in Business Management from Rutgers Business School.
